Returns
We accept returns on eligible physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which you received it
How to request a return
To request a return, email herpeacefulspace@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The name of the product
- The reason for the return
We'll respond within 24 hours with the next steps.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item:
- Arrived damaged
- Was defective
- Was the wrong item
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products and downloads
- Sale items
Damaged or incorrect orders

Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
