We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most physical items. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused

In original packaging

In the same condition you received them

To start a return, please contact us at herpeacefulspace@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with simple next steps within 24 hours.

Please note:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Sale items and digital downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
